The 3G14DA Triple Rate 4-Port Distribution Amplifier from Pyro AV is a device that will split (1) HD-SDI 3Gbps signal into up to (4) output signals. This device also supports lower-bandwidth HD-SDI signals, meaning that even if you are not running 3Gbps today you can upgrade to it in the future with the assurance that this amplifier will support it.

Signals are buffered and reclocked then output on (4) BNC connectors in a mini-block size enclosure. Input-signal speed is automatically detected and distributed without dip switches or manual settings. LED lights on this unit provide a visual indicator of line status.

It also include cable equalization to restore SDI signals over 70-Ohm coaxial cable with support for data rates from 143MBps to 2.97Gbps. This feature will recover and re-time the embedded clock signal and removes high-frequency jitter from SMPTE 424M, 292M, and 259M-c compliant digital video signals.
