The NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500G Display Card by PNY shatters the limits facing CAD, DCC, and visualization applications. Armed with a radically new graphics architecture engineered to address the most demanding challenges facing professionals. NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500G delivers up to 33.6GB/sec memory bandwidth, 512MB GDDR3 frame buffer memory, 256-bit memory interface, Dual-Link DVI output and "genlock," "frame lock," or "frame sync" - that have traditionally only been available on expensive, proprietary hardware platforms.

Scalable Link Interface (SLI) Technology

SLI allows dual GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) to significantly accelerate graphics performance. Professional users benefit by using SLI technology on twin graphics boards to span a hardware accelerated OpenGL windows across multiple displays, or to run a single application per GPU. SLI also offers dual GPU performance on a single display by utilizing the capabilities of two NVIDIA Quadro GPUs to drive it.

Genlock

Also known as "house sync." Genlock allows the graphics output to synchronize to an external source, typically for film and broadcast video applications.

PCI Express Support

Designed to take full advantage of the next generation PCI Express expansion bus architecture. This new bus doubles the bandwidth of AGP 8X and delivers over 4GB per second in both upstream and downstream data transfer modes.
